Once the cabin choice & date is agreed upon, a security deposit of $300 is required along with this rental agreement, signed, to hold your reservations.
Make the check payable to: Great Sacandaga Pines and mail it to Great Sacandaga Pines, 11 Johnson Drive, New Providence, NJ 07974. Please note, confirmation with check is subject to check clearing the bank.
The entire rental payment is due, no less than 60 days prior to beginning of the rental period.
The security deposit shall be returned within 3 weeks after all keys and linens have been returned to the office, a satisfactory inventory taken, and the management determines that the unit has been returned in its original, clean and good condition. Normal wear and tear excepted.
Cancel not later than 60 days prior to the beginning date of the rental term. Due to our small size and short rental season we require at least a 60 day notice of cancellation. Security deposit shall be returned in whole if notice of cancellation is made before 60 days from the beginning day of the rental. Within 60 days we will make every effort to replace the rental and if we're successful will return your deposit minus $75.
Occupancy on the beginning date of the rental term no earlier than 3:30 p.m. and you agree to vacate the rental unit no later than 10:00 a.m. at the end of the rental term.
Failure to abide by the Great Sacandaga Camp's policies may result in immediate eviction/termination of rental without refund.
Swim at your own risk. The beach is unsupervised and guests agree that all children will be properly supervised at all times while they are on the beach or near the water. Any watercraft brought to the premises must be operated safely. Store your watercraft at your own risk.
No pets are allowed on premises.
No firearms are allowed on premises.
No campfires outside the designated campfire rings.
No smoking in the cabins.
All guests and vehicles must be registered with the office.
